Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
Refusal of transaction
We reserve the right to withdraw any Products from this Website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this Website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any Product from this Website whether or not that Product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the Website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

Delivery Schedule
We always try our best to deliver the goods within 10 working days but please allow up to 28 days.
It is impossible for us to have every item in stock due to the large range we carry. If you are unsure and need items delivered quickly please call first.
At certain periods of the year (Christmas and Halloween, September - December) we can be very busy and items do sell out quicker, so some items may take a little longer. So please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
We will not be under any liability to you for any delay or failure to deliver if the same is wholly or partly caused directly or indirectly by circumstances beyond reasonable control.
We strongly suggest that, upon receipt, you inspect the goods and advise us if the delivered goods are not what you ordered or are faulty.
We will not be liable under our agreement with you for any loss or damage caused by us or our employees or agents in circumstances where i) there is no breach of a legal duty or care owed to you by us or by any of our employees or agents; ii) such loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of any such breach; iii) any increase in loss or damage results from breach by you of any of these Terms.
We are not responsible for indirect losses which happen as a side effect of the main loss or damage and which are not foreseeable by you and us (such as loss of profits or loss of opportunity).
As a consumer, you have certain rights by law regarding the return of defective goods and claims in respect of losses caused by any negligence on our part or our failure to carry out our obligations. These terms and conditions shall not affect those rights.

Credit Card Security All credit cards are processed using the HSBC Secure facilty at no point do StarGirl Services Limited see your credit card details. We accept the VISA, VISA DELTA, MASTERCARD, SOLO, SWITCH and VISA ELECTRON.
Payment will be taken straight away by the credit card processing companies ie HSBC or PayPal, this is not something we have control of.
You can if your prefer phone and give us your credit card details we will then not take payment until the goods are shipped.

Contract Cancellation
Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish provided that you exercise your right no longer than seven working days after the day on which you receive the Products.
Returns should be made unworn and in the original, undamaged packaging with any tags still attached, and we reserve the right to withhold a refund if the product or packaging is in such a condition that the item can not be resold, the goods must have no marks, stains or smell of cigurette smoke. We can not refund the cost of sending the item to you unless the item is faulty.
Any goods being returned to us must be done so at your own cost.
Please return your products within seven working days to the following address via RECORDED/SIGNED for delivery.
